La propuesta busca formar profesionales capaces de contribuir, desde la ingenier\u00eda, a la transformaci\u00f3n de los sistemas alimentarios hacia modelos m\u00e1s sostenibles, inclusivos y saludables. A trav\u00e9s de un enfoque interdisciplinario, se promueve el pensamiento cr\u00edtico en torno al rol de la ingenier\u00eda de alimentos en los grandes desaf\u00edos globales.
