{"id":2176,"date":"2017-10-04T15:57:02","date_gmt":"2017-10-04T15:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/augm.org\/wp\/?p=2176"},"modified":"2017-10-04T15:57:02","modified_gmt":"2017-10-04T15:57:02","slug":"comunidad-universitaria-de-luto-ante-la-muerte-del-rector-luiz-carlos-cancellier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/site\/comunidad-universitaria-de-luto-ante-la-muerte-del-rector-luiz-carlos-cancellier\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunidad universitaria de luto ante la muerte del rector Luiz Carlos Cancellier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La comunidad universitaria de la regi\u00f3n se encuentra de luto desde la ma\u00f1ana de este martes ante la tr\u00e1gica muerte del rector de la Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Luiz Carlos Cancellier. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Dirigentes das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Federais de Ensino Superior (ANDIFES) de Brasil, resolvi\u00f3 realizar tres d\u00edas de luto en sus 63 universidades. En el <a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.ufsc.br\/2017\/10\/nota-oficial-da-andifes-sobre-o-reitor-luiz-carlos-cancellier-de-olivo\/\">comunicado<\/a>, la asociaci\u00f3n afirm\u00f3 que todos los rectores de las universidades p\u00fablicas y federales acompa\u00f1an este momento compartiendo \u201c<em>absoluta indignaci\u00f3n e inconformismo<\/em>\u201d por como Cancellier fue tratado por las autoridades p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ANDIFES entiende \u201c<em>inaceptable<\/em>\u201d que las personas \u201c<em>investidas de responsabilidad p\u00fablicas de enorme repercusi\u00f3n social tengan su honor destrozado en raz\u00f3n de la actuaci\u00f3n desmedida, donde se confunde aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley con humillaci\u00f3n \u00a0por medio de la ley<\/em>\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Universidades Grupo Montevideo (AUGM), red de 35 instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior de Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Paraguay y Uruguay, a trav\u00e9s de su Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva y con firma de su presidente y rector de la Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s, Prof. Waldo Albarrac\u00edn, envi\u00f3 una nota de p\u00e9same a la UFSC ante los sucesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cancellier ten\u00eda 60 a\u00f1os y era natural de Tubar\u00e3o. Se form\u00f3 en Derecho (1998) y concluy\u00f3 su maestr\u00eda en esta materia en 2001, doctor\u00e1ndose poco tiempo despu\u00e9s (2003). El rector, afirma la ANDIFES, fue un dirigente que sirvi\u00f3 muchos a\u00f1os a la causa p\u00fablica y su muerte es una tragedia que deben enfrentar en solidaridad con la
