{"id":2168,"date":"2017-10-05T18:13:08","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T18:13:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/augm.org\/wp\/?p=2168"},"modified":"2017-10-05T18:13:08","modified_gmt":"2017-10-05T18:13:08","slug":"cp-ciencia-tecnologia-e-innovacion-avanzo-en-sus-objetivos-y-en-la-construccion-de-aportes-para-la-cres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/site\/cp-ciencia-tecnologia-e-innovacion-avanzo-en-sus-objetivos-y-en-la-construccion-de-aportes-para-la-cres\/","title":{"rendered":"CP Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n avanz\u00f3 en sus objetivos y en la construcci\u00f3n de aportes para la CRES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n (CP CTI) de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Universidades Grupo Montevideo (AUGM) mantuvo su IV Reuni\u00f3n -la segunda de este 2017- en la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNLS), Argentina, y registr\u00f3 importantes avances en el Plan Operativo Anual (2017-2018) y en los objetivos del Plan Bianual (2017-2019), adem\u00e1s de mantener un <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/sitio\/noticias\/3065\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">encuentro de trabajo con Ren\u00e9 Ram\u00edrez<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, uno de los <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cinco designados por el Instituto de Educaci\u00f3n Superior para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe de la Unesco (IESALC UNESCO) como responsables de los ejes de la<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/sitio\/conferencia-regional-de-educacion-superior-2018\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> III Conferencia Regional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (CRES).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entre los puntos tratados en esta segunda reuni\u00f3n anual, destaca el comienzo de acciones relacionados a la construcci\u00f3n de indicadores en el marco del\u00a0 convenio firmados con la <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/sitio\/noticias\/oei-y-augm-firmaron-convenio-para-aplicar-manual-de-indicadores-de-vinculacion-con-el-entorno-socioeconomico\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Iberoamericanos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (OEI). Tambi\u00e9n se avanz\u00f3 en las propuestas para la construcci\u00f3n de un NewsLetter virtual con una edici\u00f3n bimensual, para el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, contactos y noticias institucionales entre los miembros de la CP CTI. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durante esta instancia en la UNLS, adem\u00e1s, se defini\u00f3 la propuesta para la realizaci\u00f3n de una instancia colectiva de reflexi\u00f3n que de visibilidad a la tem\u00e1tica del CP CTI en el\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">marco de las <a href=\"http:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/sitio\/noticias\/3065\/\">XXV Jornadas de J\u00f3venes Investigadores de AUGM<\/a> que en su edici\u00f3n 2017 se realizar\u00e1n en la Universidad Nacional de Itap\u00faa (UNI), Paraguay, del 18 al 20 de octubre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero en esta reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se sentaron las bases para la construcci\u00f3n de propuestas e insumos que ser\u00e1n volcados en la <a href=\"http:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/sitio\/conferencia-regional-de-educacion-superior-2018\/\">III Conferencia Regional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior <\/a>(CRES) despu\u00e9s de ser analizados por el \u00f3rgano de direcci\u00f3n del Grupo (Consejo de Rectores). La CP CTI mantuvo con Ren\u00e9 Ramirez una jornada de intercambio durante el primer d\u00eda de la reuni\u00f3n y en esta instancia el ecuatoriano explic\u00f3 a los presentes c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 trabajando en la constituci\u00f3n del documento del s\u00e9ptimo eje de la CRES: \u201c<\/span><b><i>La investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica y la innovaci\u00f3n como motor del desarrollo humano, social y econ\u00f3mico para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cNo es suficiente con tener una educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de calidad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d porque \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">existe una transferencia del conocimiento y la informaci\u00f3n al sector privado<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, dijo Ram\u00edrez durante la presentaci\u00f3n que puede ser consultada en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=env6iCOSnsw\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">sitio de YouTube de la UNLS<\/span><\/a><span
