{"id":1153,"date":"2024-09-17T11:25:46","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T11:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/augm.org\/wp\/?p=1153"},"modified":"2026-07-21T16:46:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T16:46:12","slug":"20056-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupomontevideo.org\/site\/20056-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Conferencia: \u201cDesaf\u00edos y oportunidades para alcanzar\u00a0sistemas agroalimentarios sostenibles en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura<\/strong>, junto con la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Universidades Grupo Montevideo (AUGM)<\/strong>, invitan a participar de la conferencia \u201c<strong><em>Desaf\u00edos y oportunidades para alcanzar&nbsp;sistemas agroalimentarios sostenibles en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, que ser\u00e1 realizada el <strong>24 de septiembre, a las 10:00 am horario de Chile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conferencia se enmarca en la alianza de trabajo que la FAO mantiene con el Grupo Montevideo, y tiene como objetivo fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n con el sector acad\u00e9mico y ampliar las oportunidades de trabajo conjunto orientadas hacia soluciones tangibles en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe para la transformaci\u00f3n de los sistemas agroalimentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generar sinergias y colaborar con el mundo cient\u00edfico y acad\u00e9mico es clave para abordar los desaf\u00edos globales como el hambre y la malnutrici\u00f3n.&nbsp; A trav\u00e9s del programa FAO Campus, lanzado en 2023, la Oficina Regional de la FAO para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, impulsa un espacio de cooperaci\u00f3n con el sector acad\u00e9mico para el desarrollo de capacidades, movilizando conocimiento y formando a los profesionales del futuro, con un enfoque en la transferencia de conocimientos hacia los territorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conferencia contar\u00e1&nbsp;con la participaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>Mario Lubetkin<\/strong>,&nbsp;Subdirector&nbsp;General y&nbsp;Representante&nbsp;Regional de la FAO para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe;&nbsp;<strong>Rodrigo Arim<\/strong>, Rector de la Universidad de la Rep\u00fablica (Udelar) de&nbsp;Uruguay y presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n&nbsp;de Universidades&nbsp;Grupo Montevideo;&nbsp;<strong>Dulclair Sternadt<\/strong>, Oficial de Alianzas de la Oficina Regional de la FAO para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe;&nbsp;<strong>Karina Crespo<\/strong>, Coordinadora de FAO Campus;&nbsp;<strong>Esther S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, Rectora de la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (UNC)&nbsp;de&nbsp;Argentina;&nbsp;<strong>Francisco P\u00e9rez Bravo<\/strong>,Director del Instituto de Nutrici\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda de los Alimentos (INTA) de la Universidad de Chile (UCh);&nbsp;<strong>Mar\u00eda Eugenia Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Rectora de la Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s (UMSA)&nbsp;de&nbsp;Bolivia;&nbsp;<strong>Thais M.F.S.
