Se trata de la edici\u00f3n n\u00famero cuatro del\u00a0<strong>Foro Internacional de Derechos Humanos<\/strong>, que\u00a0<strong>este a\u00f1o se llev\u00f3 a cabo de forma presencial en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ)<\/strong>, Argentina.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cita fue del<strong>\u00a023 al 25 de octubre\u00a0<\/strong>con el objetivo de<strong>\u00a0propiciar un espacio de debate profundo en torno al lugar que deben ocupar los derechos humanos en toda la comunidad universitaria<\/strong>. De esta manera, este foro se suma a las acciones que lleva adelante la C\u00e1tedra\u00a0 para promover y defender los derechos humanos en esta subregi\u00f3n del continente.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta oportunidad se trabj\u00f3 sobre el tema \u201c<strong><em>La universidad como derecho humano. La construcci\u00f3n de espacios democr\u00e1ticos y de resistencia solidaria<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div
