Lic. Franco Bartolacci y el Decano de la Facultad de Ciencia Pol\u00edtica y Relaciones Internacionales Lic. Gustavo Marini y el Porf. Anibal Faccendini de la C\u00e1tedra libre del agua y miembro del Comite Academico Aguas de AUGM.
